Gutters are the front line of drainage. Their job is simple: catch roof runoff and guide it to downspouts. When they’re blocked or damaged, water spills over the edge and lands right next to the foundation, which is exactly where you don’t want it.

• Sagging sections, separated seams, or brackets pulling loose
